Auntie Lo's Day Care is focused on providing quality child care for children in the small, rural farming community of Le Grand, CA. I provide a fun learning environment for children ages 1-14 years of age.
I offer a learning environment that is well rounded and fun for children of all ages.
Auntie Lo's Day Care will not turn down anyone as long as I have an open slot, can accommodate, meet and provide the care your child needs. My program is structured to meet the needs of parents as well as the child. I will accept PACE & ACCESS CHILD CARE PAYMENTS and can provide information to all families who may require financial assistance.
Auntie Lo's Day Care strives to partner with parents and our community to nurture and educate children so they learn to be independent yet have good social skills.
Together we can make sure that the children of this small community excel to the best of there ability. Currently, there are few choices for parents, when it comes to child care for their children while they have to be away. ~~If you are reading this and you enroll your child in our day care, you will get $50.00 off your first months child care fee if you mention you saw this discount notice on our website.~~ (applies to new enrollments only)

It's my goal to offer quality child care and learning programs in my home to the children in our area. Everyone living in the home must go through rigorous criminal background checks, fingerprinting and a home fire inspection before receiving a licenses from the State.
I continually attend educational classes on the development of children through workshops, training classes, and college credit courses. I often exceed the annual training requirement for licensed childcare homes as it is important to me to offer the best possible care for your child.
Auntie Lo's Day Care is licensed as a large family day care home. I work with children and have many different learning activities and events for them to be involved in and my goal is to help them learn and grow.
Auntie Lo's Day Care is located in the heart of a farming community. The population here is approximately 2000.
There is a full functioning fire department that is just a block away, two general stores, a US Post Office, a quaint little park, several churches and many friendly neighbors.
My Day Care home is about 1900 square feet, lending itself to plenty of space for each child.
Auntie Lo's Day Care is easy to find! From Highway 99 between Merced and Chowchilla,
take the Le Grand exit.
Stay on this road for several miles. You will drive past the High School, Elementary School and passed the Catholic Church. Auntie Lo's Day Care will be on your right, just past the Pizza Factory.

Worked with a friend, solved a problem, created a masterpiece, negotiated a difference, learned a new skill, had a great time, developed new language skills.
YOUR CHILD probably didn't...
Feel lonely, become bored, do repetitive tasks that are too babyish, do worksheet tasks that are too easy, do sit down work that is discouraging or sit in front of the TV all day.
I understand how important it is to have PEACE OF MIND while you are away from your children.

Auntie Lo’s Day Care offers a wide variety of skills and talent.
Lori attended California State University at Fresno and studied Early Childhood Development as well as Basic Foods and Nutrition. Lori has been in the child daycare business since 2000. She is very organized and brings her past child care skills along with many ideas, crafts and excitement to the day care setting.
Lori has raised 2 of her own children who are now grown, married and on their own. Her son, Eric, lives in Portland, was is in the Marines, stationed in Iraq and has now re-enlisted in the ARMY. He owns his own business and is also an internet web site designer. Lori's daughter, Lindze, lives in Seattle and is employed as a 4th grade teacher at Kings School. Lindze graduated from BIOLA University of Los Angeles, is involved in the teen’s ministry with her husband at the church they attend in Seattle.
